A famous quote goes, “to eat is a necessity, but to eat intelligently is an art.” While some people may disregard this, most of us might agree with it. Yes, it is true that eating intelligently and understanding the process of food making is art in itself.
A dish from any part of the world is a combination of several ingredients. One such component without which any delicacy is incomplete is the spices. Spices are that element that enhances the color and appeal of a dish, and hence they are necessary for food preparation.

Why do we consume food? One, to fill up our stomachs. Two, to taste various delicacies that are unique. And three, to stay healthy. Now, to expand on this third aspect, it is known that healthy food produces energy and helps us fight various diseases. But it’s a lesser-known fact that the spices used in our food also have great nutritional value. Some spices used in our delicacies have the power of beating different viruses and health hazards.
